摘要
High purity annealed palladium samples were hydrogenated by electrolytic charging in H2SO4 electrolyte added with As2O3. Pertinent characteristics measurement, such as electrical resistance, shear modulus, creep deformation, bulk dilatation, and X-ray diffraction data, allow to evidence unusual behaviours accompanying the alpha+ beta to alpha-phase transformation. A barrier effect mechanism is proposed to explain the heat and time resistant hydrogen super-saturation state.
