The effects analysis of Samsung Electronics' technology transfer to China

As to a lot of developing countries, the relative ideal method used to improve technology is to introduce advanced technology. At present, how to effectively realize the technology transfer through FDI becomes a topic that attracts people's close attention. Taking the Samsung Electronics' technology transfer to China through FDI for an example, based on the analysis of Samsung's technology development route and the general state of overseas technology transfer, the paper summarizes the main ways of technology transfer to China, and analyzes its positive and negative effects on Chinese enterprises and with suggestions for application to offer reference for Chinese enterprise's technology introduction.
