摘要：
Total Factor Productivity (TFP) during 1991-2013, uses the DEA Model-based Malmquist index method with an extended estimate of capital stock. It is found that technological progress is the source of Shandong's TFP growth, technical efficiency is low, and similar to the national change characteristics. We should attach similar importance to the technological progress and technical efficiency, and coordinate development from macro and micro aspects to the increase of TFP and the change in economic growth mode.
