摘要：
The EndoButton (Acufex, Mansfield, MA) is one of many devices available for hamstring or patellar tendon graft femoral fixation in anterior cruciate ligament reconstructive surgery. The strengths and weaknesses of the device are discussed. Recent modifications to the device and the operative technique may improve its effectiveness.
