摘要：

The article deals with connection between psychological states of a person and his/her actions especially in the context of committing evil such as terrorism acts. Actions of a person are highly affected by state of his mind. Society and social environment are very important factors as well and latest scientific research proves that genetical determinations cannot be overlooked as well. The article searches for possibilities of constructing a profile of a terrorist and critical reflection of such attempts.
