摘要
ILL's first fully-optimised high-flux thermal-neutron three-axis spectrometer IN8C is now being built and will be operational in the year 2000. In this paper we summarise the characteristics of this instrument, rehearse its expected performance and outline several technical details. (C) 2000 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
