摘要
Although End-of-life Vehicle (ELV) recycling has been carried out for many years in developed country, the new technologies and equipments still been researched at present. At the same time, the vehicle population of China increasing rapidly. The treatment of the ELV becomes a serious social problem. As the situation of china different from the developed countries, the technologies and the equipments used by the developed countries can not be simply imported to China without any change. In this paper, the assessments of ELV recycling are introduced. And the energy consumption oriented assessment is presented. After analyzing the structure of vehicle body, the scheme of flexible dismantling cell is illustrated. It composed of window shield cutting system, pillars cutting system and roof transforming system. By combining other work cell and conveyer line, a product line based dismantling mode for ELV recycling is implemented. The recycling process according to this equipment is introduced. By this means, the energy consumed during the ELV recycling can be decreased largely.
