摘要
We experimentally demonstrate a plasmonic surface that supports a series of high-quality-factor (Q approximate to 100) surface lattice resonances. These resonances are enabled by tuning the thickness of the top-cladding layer to confine higher order diffraction-orders. (c) 2019 The Author(s)
