Social servises as a topic of inter-municipal cooperation

摘要
The article deals with social services as the theme of cooperation between municipalities in the Czech Republic. Although the provision of social services is not an obligatory activities implemented by municipalities shows that, with regard to social and demographic terms, there is a common interest in ensuring the availability of social services and influencing their quality. It is necessary to raise awareness about the services in the territory, strengthen community planning practices, promote the pooling of financial resources for investment and operation of facilities, focus activities on the needs of seniors. Published and examined data come from a surveys carried by Czech associations of towns and municipalities in 2014-2015 between representatives of municipalities and analysis of territorial development strategies processed voluntary associations of municipalities. Provision of social services is proving to be a suitable subject for intermunicipal cooperation.
