摘要：
Small cell carcinomas of the prostate are rare. These tumors exhibit morphologic and functional neuro-endocrine characteristics. They are a highly agressive. New therapeutic protocols are being developed in order to be effective against these tumors, particularly those unresponsive to hormonotherapy.
