摘要
Currently we are in the middle of the digital revolution, with the consequence that the internet has impact on our lives and changes the way we buy and live. New digital technologies affect our lives and change the way we think and behave. Customers shopping in stores are rapidly changing to online customers who are buying products and services from the comfort of home via the internet. The satisfaction of the customer is becoming a key point of the company. If the customer is satisfied with the purchase, employee approach, problem solution or communication it is much more likely that they will shop in the particular company again and will also recommend it to their friends.
