摘要
The main goal of our work is to model the magnetic levitation of a coil above an aluminium plate. The field is determined by the help of the R-functions method combined with the variational principle. The magnetic field is examined taking into account the eddy currents in the metal plate. The magnetic force under different conditions is calculated and plotted in figures.
