摘要
The research had the objective of conceptualizing the resilience of value chains of vegetables and fruits to climate change, to achieve availability, access and consumption of diverse and healthy foods, food security sovereignty in the vulnerable population and improve the local quality of life. The methodology was to develop a search on the term resilience and the existing concepts in the world literature on its relationship with the mechanisms that strengthen citizen participation in decision-making, solution and local control of problems in healthy eating of infants and adults. References were sought to studies of danger, vulnerability and risk (DVR), estimation of local food production vulnerabilities to hurricanes and drought, warning systems and early actions, reinforcement of agricultural and hydro-meteorological surveillance of drought and hurricanes, generation of information for agricultural and food and nutritional security actors, ways to communicate agro-meteorological information and development of training programs for producers that increase their capacities to manage the reduction of vulnerabilities and their impact on food and nutritional security.
