The psychotic transformation of the personality. - This paper examines structural features of the psychotic process. Taking into consideration Freud's and Bion's contribution on this issue It is argued that the psychotic process not only dissolves the border between unconscious and conscious processes but even more radical, their function and even their existence. The article investigates the multiple transformation of the personality that are put forward by the psychotic process. Their consequences are discussed with the help of clinical material.
