摘要
The automated manufacturing systems (AMS) have been designed to meet the market requirements that demand for products that present low cost, quality, and ready delivery. In order to attend the market requirements, the methodologies used in the AMS scheduling must consider a highly dynamic environment, where it is often necessary to attend or to react to not foreseen demands and to get the better use of its resources. Some techniques are being used to improve the performance of the AMS, including Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Fuzzy Logic techniques. A scheduling procedure based on fuzzy logic is proposed in this work. It allows the shop floor tasks scheduling considering some dispatching rules and multi-objective functions. A simulation study was carried out with the objective of verifying the applicability of the proposed approach, using a simulation tool and a Decision Support System (DSS) based on fuzzy logic proposed earlier.
