摘要：

Failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) is a tool that is used to identify problems that may arise in a process, product or service to eliminate them or mitigate their effects that can eventually harm the end customer. For this, its implementation must be carried out starting from the identification of all the possible existing faults and categorizing them according to their priority, in this way their action can be focused on those that damage the unit under study in greater degree.
