摘要：
Short review on the technical requirements of primary frequency control of Russia and other countries was made. The most common active power control strategies of voltage source inverters were considered. Real implementation experience of active power control strategies of inverters of solar power plants are presented that allowed implemented participation in the primary frequency control.
