Research on the motivation factors for the development of talent in the industry cluster

It has been proved by theory and practice that healthy development of talents is one of the most important factors deciding the sustainable development of industry cluster and the development of talents needs motivation. The research firstly states relevant concepts of industry cluster and development of talent, then with the study of previous research, put forward the questions need to be solved. Methodologies such as deep interview and questionnaire are adopted here. 30 industry clusters are visited including the photoelectron cluster in Optics Valley of China in Wuhan, microelectronic cluster in Zhangjiang Semiconductor Industrial Park of Shanghai and household appliances, furniture and flower clusters in Shunde and relevant employees in the enterprises are given deep interviews on. the motivating factors for promoting development of talent. With the filing, analyzing and refining of interview results, 10 major factors were drawn out. Based on these results, a questionnaire is designed for the high-tech cluster in Zhongguancun Science Park and the three clusters we had visited. After analyzing the data, core motivation factors, important motivation factors, minor important factors and auxiliary motivation factors are separated out and model of motivation factors of talent development are constructed.
