摘要
This study discusses evaluation for usability of TBS mobile application. This evaluation about the MS mobile application on the effect of design usability on customers' trust for performing certain activities, and in terms satisfaction, memorability, leamability, and efficiency if they are achieved precisely in the MS mobile application. Twenty participants from students and staffs of Universiti Utara Malaysia MUM), they are cooperated for evaluating usability characteristics on the TBS mobile application, and this evaluation has obtained the results of usability evolution based on the survey was prepared for evaluation. 75 % of participants complaining during evaluate the usability of TBS mobile application, and participants faced some issues and some difficulties when used MS mobile application. The outcomes of this study will provide additional information for TBS mobile application developer to improve the pertbrmance, and make it more reliable and increase the satisfaction of the user.
