摘要：
Production efficiency of commercial rabbitary depends on the number of young born alive at kindling and viability from birth to weaning. The prolificacy and survivability of the young rabbits are affected by genetic (breeds) and non-genetic factors such as season, period of years, parity and mothering ability. (Rathore et al., 2000). The influence of breed and season on reproductive and productive traits of rabbit in the agro-climatic condition of the Nilgiris were investigated.
