摘要
Chronic kidney disease is one of the main causes of morbidity and mortality. 13.5% of Chinese People have CKD, only 2.6% reported [1], nephritis is the main cause of CKD in China. DM and hypertension are responsible for more than two-thirds of cases. So how to slow down the progression of the disease is very important. In our study, we found that controlling diabetes hypertension and proteinuria are effective; among these the controlling of proteinuria is more sufficient. In our hospital the number of CKD patients was increased year by year, by the control of proteinuria, the GFR of patients decreased slower, which can delay the progression of CKD, which also leads to the decrease of morbidity and mortality of CKD patients. In our analysis male and female patients have the same opportunity to endure CKD, the difference between them are not significant, and we also found that young people play a more important role in CKD patients in recent years.
