Hierarchical hollow h-Co3O4/NC spheres for high-performance asymmetric capacitor

摘要
Hierarchical hollow spheres with Co3O4 nanodots loading on N-doped carbon (h-Co3O4/NC) are firstly prepared by a hydrothermal method and subsequent calcination process. The as-prepared material shows high reversible capacitance and robust stability for capacitor. The excellent electrochemical performances are attributed to the porous structure and ultra-small nanodots and N-doped carbon framework, which can shorten the ion diffusion route and electron transfer distance.
