A Combined AHP-GP Model for Project Risk Management

摘要
Finishing a construction project on time, within budget and meeting the quality requirements is always the desire of any project team. However, depending on the type/ complexity of the projects, many other factors are involved. Four main risk factors were identified and analyzed using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) methods. These prioritized weights are then incorporated within a goal-programming (GP) model to help select the "best" risk mitigation decision for the project. A real-world problem formulation is used to illustrate the application of the combined AHP-GP model.
