摘要：
Based on the methodologies in the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Goal Programming (GP) this paper presents a goal programming model that can easily determine the index weights by utilizing only the upper triangular elements of the pairwise comparison matrix in AHP. An example Is illustrated, and some comparison between the eigenvector procedure and our model is, in the light of least- distance approximation, also made.
