Much of the population's health in Priamurje depends on the "health" of the Amu River. It Is difficult to manage impacts oil the Amu ecosystems, due to shortage of information oil water Pollution and lack of longterm Studies of aquatic biology. However, the ecological Situation demands urgent scientific attention.
