摘要
Objective: to analyze the core power of cross-country skiing (sprint) athletes to find ways and methods of core power training. Method: The study adopts German ISOMED2000 constant speed system to get Peak Torque, Peak Torque/ Body Weight, Angle of Peak Torque, Total World Body Weight, AVG POWER, Total Power, Range of Motion, etc. Results: Peak Torque and Peak Torque/ Body Weight of extensor and flexor muscles are significant different (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the athletes' extensor muscles are better than their flexor muscles with the slow-muscle significantly better than. the fast-muscle. Five corresponding core training strategies: non-steady-state static exercise, non-steady-state dynamic exercise., steady-state free strength training, non-steady-state free strength training, and functional strength training.
