摘要
A problem at the production of polymer composite parts by two-component injection molding is the incompatibility of the considered polymers. In this paper a method is introduced for increasing the compatibility between polyamide 6 and thermoplastic polyurethane in hard-soft composites. For this, the thermoplastic polyurethanes was reactive modified before in such a way, that the materials got a sufficient reactivity to polyamide. At the two-component injection molding process both the polyamide and the reactive-modified polyurethane met at the high melt temperature. Reactions occurred between the components at the interface, which produced compounds acting as compatibilizers. With this method the bond strength could be increased.
