摘要
The magnetic relaxation dispersion (MRD) of the water nuclei H-1, H-2, and O-17 is a major source of information about biomolecular hydration, in particular its dynamic aspects. In this review, the methodology and theoretical basis of the MRD method are outlined and illustrated with recent applications to proteins and oligonucleotides.
