摘要
An isothermal-forced flow chemical vapor infiltration (CVI) process was modified to fabricate a SiC/SiC composite reinforced with 0/90°C plainwoven Tyranno-SA fabrics. A pyrolytic carbon layer of 100 nm thickness was deposited on the fibers using an isothermal CVI process to modify the fiber/matrix bonding. The mechanical performance was determined using the unloading-reloading tensile test.
