摘要
Protein phosphatases are classified into types 1 (PP1) and 2 (PP2A, 2B, and 2C). We have already established a new analysis method for PP2A inhibitors by using the firefly bioluminescence system for detection. This method was successfully applied to determine the PP1 gamma inhibitory activity of known inhibitors, i.e., calyculin A, microcystin-LR, and tautomycin, requiring less than 10 pmol of a sample.
