摘要
We fabricated and experimentally demonstrated an attenuated totally reflected light modulator based on quadratic electro-optic polymer film. The modulator consists of a prism and a symmetrically metal clad quadratic electro-optic polymer optical waveguide. By applying a small signal with a high dc bias voltage across the polymer film, electro-optic modulation is realized.
