Modeling and simulation technique of adjustable speed drive systems using EMTP

摘要
This paper presents the EMTP simulation technique for transient studies of adjustable speed drive system. The switching circuit and the control system are represented as models in MODELS. Base on the type-19 UM module and MODELS module, proper interfacing techniques are used to complete the simulation.
