High-accuracy two-based high-velocity sweep generator

摘要
The generator based on the back wave oscillator (BWO) with high speed(10MHz/mcs) and high precision(10(-4)) sweeps is elaborated. It can be realized in any part of the frequency range where BWO operates (37-1500GHz) Accuracy of ramp sweep mode of generator is near 100kHz under at the sweep range 1 GHz and its accuracy of continue sweep mode is as in a frequency synthesis regime. Under this conditions period of sweep is at least two order less than at the best microwave sweep-generators.
