摘要
Logistic pallet management is a traditional problem, while the big data diagram can make new sense in this area. With the RFID technology and automatic plastic pallet inspection system, logistic providers expect to record pallet-related data as completely as possible, which make an opportunity for the managers to make decision based on knowledge extracted from big data, rather than on stochastic inferences. Integrated by datasets of warehouse management system, job scheduling system, plastic pallet lifecycle management system, and pallet procurement system, the collected big data used to establish decision making index sets. These index sets are applied to knowledge extract and model estimation, which helps managers to make decision of how many pallets would be replenished; when is the next replenishing time window for the pallet pooling system; what leading time is the procurement contract and so on.
