摘要
This paper addresses the "Cocktail Party Problem" which refers to the problem of perceiving speech in a noisy social setting. Some of the commonly used methods used to address the problem are compared. The present study focuses on Independent Component Analysis which gives fairly effective results. MATLAB simulation results using Independent Component Analysis and Principal Component Analysis are presented.
