摘要
With the business environment changing, Logistics service became a vital element in today's dynamic business environment. As a fundamental factor, success of Logistics service will decide the orientation of organizations' future. This paper analyzes the current logistics industry's situation and popular academic theories. The paper also presents measurement to evaluate the performance of Logistics Service Quality, and constructs related structure to measure elaboration of Logistics Service Quality. The paper's main research increases the values of customers and suppliers and increases market share. Logistics services to conceptualize the LS and to attempt to develop the scale to assess it.
