摘要
The aim of this study is to determine the percentage of urban sealing in different areas of the city of Bahia Blanca.ln addition, its variations are analyzed considering certain urban indicators. To this end, land cover was classified by photointerpretation of satellite images in seven city areas. To this end, land cover was classified by photointerpretation of satellite images in seven city areas. The central area, where 94% of the digitized surface is sealed, stands out.ln contrast, neighborhoods located in growth areas show less than a 50% of sealing. The existence of areas requiring urban treatment aimed at compensating for the loss of natural soil, thus preventing degradation of the urban environment, was noticeable.
