摘要
The article is a literature review concerning title coatings prepared from self-stratifying polymeric compositions (Fig. 1). An idea of such systems' formulation as well as theoretical basics and mechanism of self-stratification process were described (Fig. 3). The theory of solubility parameters (cohesion) explains the interactions among the components of self-stratifying systems (Fig. 2). The directions of applications of the types of coatings discussed were described and their useful and economic advantages were stressed.
