摘要：
With the world economics integration and global marketing advancement, in order to improve the competitiveness, supply chain management appears and it has the superiority which can realize customer value with lowest cost and make every partner in the supply chain obtain ideal benefit. Based on the theory of supply chain management, combined with the situation of real estate enterprises in China, this article researches the model of supply chain management, corporation patterns and cost control system of supply chain management in order to realize the object of quality improvement, cost reduction, and enhancement of its core competitive power.
