摘要：
Factors for successful development of closed-loop biomass power plant development in the context of Wisconsin's long-term efforts include legislative rulings, financial environment, and use of wood-burning technology. A project to prepare the market for closed-loop biomass power plant development through farmer education is underway. Good information, favorable regulatory trends and a farmer network offer the most promising avenues for development of closed-loop biomass.
