摘要
With the development of e-business, electronic exchanges booms very quickly as an important part of e-business. The thesis introduces the concept of the B2B exchanges, and then mainly explains the trade structure of 13213 exchanges. At last, the practical and operational guild lines are provided for the enterprises to implement their 13213 exchanges plans. And also, the thesis lists some viewpoints on a few questions about 13213 exchanges.
