Research on project financing risk management under the information asymmetry

The principle-agent relationship in project financing is discussed in the article, by applying the principle-agent theory; it establishes the models of stimulating and supervising between owner and operator under the information asymmetry, when there is one variable of operator's endeavor. Solving the two models, and eliciting the optimizing strategies of stimulating and supervising between owner and operator under the information asymmetry, and supplying the reference to project financing risk management under the information asymmetry.
