摘要
Experimental and numerical studies of the processes of gas dynamics; heat transfer; and, in particular, radiative heat transfer occurring in plants for the vacuum dehydrogenation of hydrocarbon feedstocks are considered for polyatomic gases and the results of experiments and numerical studies are compared. A mathematical model of the processes of gas dynamics, heat transfer and radiative heat transfer occurring in both the experimental setup and the plants for the vacuum dehydrogenation of hydrocarbon feedstocks as a whole is considered, and the numerical modeling of these processes in the ANSYS CFX environment is described. The results obtained in the course of experimental and numerical studies are presented, and a comparison is performed. An experimental confirmation for correctly describing the gasodynamic and heat-transfer processes and, in particular, the radiative heat-transfer processes occurring in the experimental vacuum dehydrogenation setup by this mathematical model for polyatomic gases is given.
