摘要
The complexation of various flavonoids with cyclodextrins and cyclodextrin derivatives was studied using thin layer chromatography on cellulose. The results indicate that the flavonoids examined do not complex readily with alpha-cyclodextrin or with succinylated alpha-cyclodextrin, However, most do complex with beta-cyclodextrin, succinylated beta-cyclodextrin, succinylated gamma-cyclodextrin, alpha-cyclodextrin polymer, beta-cyclodextrin polymer and gamma-cyclodextrin polymer, With gamma-cyclodextrin elongated trails are obtained, suggesting that the kinetics are somewhat slower.
