摘要
Breast magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is considered the most reliable method for monitoring locally advanced breast cancer (LABC) response to neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NACT). We report incidental findings in three patients with LABC whose breast MRI revealed lung images confirmed by chest computed tomography (CT) as pulmonary metastases. (C) 2013 Elsevier Masson SAS.
