摘要
A spouted bed of binary particle mixture was applied to a low temperature desulfurization process to develop a new type of semidry flue gas desulfurization (FGD) technology. Wt: investigated the effects of operating parameters, such as approach to saturation temperature, Ca/S molar ratio, SO2 sorbent size and apparent residence time of gas in the bed, on SO2 removal in a powder-particle spouted bed (PPSB). An SO2 removal efficiency of up to 95% was achieved if Ca/S>1.2 and Delta T-a<13K, and no wastewater was produced in this process.
