摘要：
The enterprise culture and an enterprise's core Competence are two different concepts in enterprise management, which were put forward in 1980's and 1990's respectively. There exists close relation between them. This paper sets up the construction industry as an example to inquire into the inner relation between them, definitely pointing out that the enterprise culture is the core and the source of the driving force of the core competence.
