摘要
This publication presents preliminary results of a study Evaluation of addiction treatment, carried out by the National Institute of Mental Health. This is a prospective cohort study comparing the profile of clients and the results of interventions in five types of facilities (drop-in centers, outpatient programs, substitution treatment, inpatient treatment in a psychiatric hospital and a therapeutic community) in the total sample of 200 respondents. Data are collected as part of structured interviews with clients (baseline interview and follow-up examination after 3 months and 1 year). Standardized tools aimed at the severity of addiction and screening methods aimed at further psychiatric symptomatology were used in the study. A large part of respondents has other serious mental health problems. The results of the study should help to better understand the difficulties that clients in addiction treatment face and encourage better cooperation between the different facilities.
