摘要：

This paper presents the implementation of the first 2-1-1, cascaded continuous-time (CT) sigma-delta (SigmaDelta) modulator. The successful realization is shown by measurements and a dynamic range of 80 dB is achieved. Special attention has been paid to the egain-error mismatch and a previously reported digital correction. Therefore, the modulator has been implemented on a circuit board to be able to test this non-ideal behavior and to compensate for it. It could be shown, that cascaded CT SigmaDelta modulators have the potential to be integrated as high-speed, high-resolution circuits.
