摘要
Electrochemical methods based on the adsorption of the surface-active substances represent sensible, simple and non-destructive methods to study adsorbable organic compounds. These substances exhibit surface activity, reflected by adsorption at the solution-electrode interface. The mentioned process forms the basis for direct determination of the adsorbable molecules, such as surfactants, by specific techniques of voltammetric methods. The present work discusses the possibilities to determine the surface-active substances from natural aquatic media by electrochemical methods, especially by the application of the non-faradaic process. The obtained results from real samples show a very low content of surfactants, denoting that the respective water samples are non polluted from this standpoint, for the specified period of time. These kinds of determinations are especially important, as the surfactants are an indicator of the water pollution level.
